Marcy Masumoto has advocated for Valley families, students, schools and rural communities for over 40 years. As a respected leader, she was elected to serve on the Fresno County Board of Education, is the region’s representative to the California School Boards Association and California County Boards of Education where she impacts policymakers at local, state and national levels.
